Research competitor’s features and create competitive audit and matrix.
Ideate
Prioritize essential features in the product and create a possible user flow map.
Prototype
Define IA & sitemap along with a user flow map and create a high-fidelity prototype
Iterate
Test the prototype internally for usability and functionality and iterate them
