Basically the ease product can be broken down to 3 major areas for: brokers, employers, and employees. How to scope the project is the significant challenge at first since the product is in a phase that needs a lot of new feature to be built in for business opportunities.

ease had MetaLab redesign some key features in a project. Their UX team first had executed UX research phase that included stakeholder interviews, competitive audit, and product strategy.
